Summer Day Rate·3 SPOTS LEFT·CLOSES LABOR DAY

The carrier inbox was never
a job for humans.

Same headcount. More loads. Better margin on every one.

Not a website chatbot. Beth works your carrier email the way a dispatcher would: replies in seconds, holds your rate at email 3 or 43, and collects the booking info before she hands off to your team.

FROM THE FOUNDER SAM · HEY BETH

I built Beth because I kept losing my best hours to carrier email.

Seven years in freight, first as a carrier, then as a broker. I ran operations at Base Carriers, a profitable brokerage, until Beth got good enough that I left to build her full time. The work is hard. We earn every load. But somewhere between answering "got a truck for that?" for the 40th time and actually running the business, I realized the carrier inbox was eating the part of my day where I should have been working shippers, fixing operations, building the book. I needed someone to cover the inbox so I could do the rest.

That's Beth. I built her for myself first, and now I'm opening Summer Day Rate spots for brokers who know exactly what I mean.

How it works

From load board to booked carrier, without you in the inbox

Three steps, no learning curve. Beth runs in the background while your team runs the brokerage.

01  /  CONNECT
Connect your email
We create a dedicated email address for Beth, separate from your personal inbox and separate from internal team threads. One OAuth click connects it to Beth, and she sees only what she's supposed to handle. We walk you through it.
~15 minutes · founder-led
02  /  COVER
Beth covers every reply
Carriers email about your postings on DAT, Truckstop, ITS, or wherever you post. Beth answers in seconds, holds your rate, negotiates within your guardrails, and answers questions about the load.
Any hour · zero touch
03  /  BOOK
You get booked carriers
When a carrier agrees and sends booking info, Beth hands them off with everything you need to send a rate con. No back-and-forth. No "still interested?"

Where the margin comes from

Four reasons brokers using Beth do less and make more

Beth isn't a faster human. She's a different kind of worker for a different kind of work.

01/DISCIPLINE

Beth doesn't need to close.

A tired dispatcher caves on rate because they need the load covered before they go home. Beth doesn't have a quota, a manager, or a shift ending. Your max is your max. On email 3 or 43, at 9am or 11pm.

02/VOICE

Big brokerage scale. Small brokerage feel.

Carriers came to you because you're not a phone tree. Beth keeps it that way: short replies, warm tone, no "I'm an AI assistant." She just lets you do it at 5x the volume. Your brokerage stays small in feel and big in throughput.

03/COVERAGE

Every carrier hears back.

Most brokers reply to a fraction of their carrier inbound. The rest get lost: ignored, missed, or beaten by a faster broker. Beth talks to all of them. You only need one to say yes, but more options means a better one does.

The first credible reply wins.

Carriers email five brokers about a load. Whoever replies first with a real number books it. Beth replies in under a minute, in whatever language the carrier writes in. Your competition won't see the email until morning.

Before you book a call

She is not right for every brokerage.

Three spots left, so fit matters more than count. Read this and pass if it is not you.

Book the call if
  • You get more carrier email than you can answer.
  • You have lost a load to whoever replied first.
  • The same three questions, forty times a day.
  • Carrier email eats the hours your shippers should get.
  • You set the ceiling. You want it held at 11pm.
Don't bother if
  • You post a couple loads a week.
  • Your carriers call. They never email.
  • You want a bot on your website.
  • You want the AI deciding your rates.
  • You are trying to cut headcount.
The Summer Day Rate

Every tool in your stack bills you monthly whether it worked or not. That is not right for this one. Six accounts on a day rate this summer while we watch what happens. Three Summer Day Rate spots left. The window closes Labor Day or at six accounts, whichever comes first.

Common questions

What brokers ask before they say yes

Real concerns, real answers. If yours isn't here, ask on the demo.

What if Beth sends a bad email to a carrier?
Beth has six independent safety layers. When she's unsure about anything, whether that's an unusual question, an off-rate offer, or anything not covered by your policies, she escalates to you instead of guessing. There's a kill switch on the dashboard that pauses her instantly. In production she's run with zero carrier-facing errors over consecutive weeks.
Will my carriers know it's AI?
Beth uses your brokerage name and writes in a short, warm, direct dispatcher voice. No template language, no "I'm an AI assistant." If a carrier ever asks if she's a bot, she escalates to you. She will never lie. In live operation, carriers haven't flagged her as automated.
Does this replace my dispatcher or sales rep?
No. Beth covers the email layer: the high-volume, repetitive inbound that grinds humans down. Your team still owns the work people actually win at: phone calls, relationships, problem-solving, shipper development. Beth makes the same headcount cover more loads, not fewer.
What does setup actually involve?
A 15-minute call. We set up a dedicated email address for Beth so she's only seeing carrier inquiries (not your personal inbox or internal threads), connect it via OAuth (Gmail or Microsoft 365), then set your default rate guardrails, payment terms, MC#, and basic policies. If you want, we'll walk through one or two of your popular lanes together. After that, point your load board postings at the new address and Beth starts replying to carrier inquiries automatically.
Does it work for my equipment / lanes / market?
Yes. Beth is equipment-agnostic. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, power only, container, step deck, expedited sprinter and box truck. She negotiates rates and handles carrier questions based on the load details you provide. Equipment, commodity, special requirements, and rate guardrails are all configurable per load.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You only pay on the days Beth works. Cancel any time. Fire her easier than you can fire a person. One click, no HR, no severance. The price lock runs twelve months, then $250 a month for as long as you keep her.
